the person who has it can teach it to you. and no forms of the jutsus
who has it?
rasengan: riuku
chidori: kitaro
rinnegan (note if you have this then you can not have a demon.): Uraburos
4. no harassmet.
5. have fun or you will die
6. only two in RRG spots at a time
note:chidori counts as haveing lightning blade and kirin. so only the one with chidori can have it SO STOP ASKING!!!
