History: Childhood Arc: Mezuki was born into a very wealthy family being born from the two leaders of the clan he was expected to be a very skilled shinobi just like his parents. As he grew older he was expected to practice the chakra control even before he became an academy student. It was much harder for mezuki to train his chakra control while is brother mastered it with ease making him the golden child and leaving mezuki to learn training in the clan when they had the free time. When they finally made it to academy students mezuki began to improve and catch up with his brother easily.

Academy Arc: Mezuki learned jutsu techniques and the doujutsu of his clan much faster at academy rank then his brother the attention switching from his brother to him. Mezuki began to train his hardest to prevent his brother from catching back up to him and getting the attention back. As he began to tap into his power he showed signs of becoming a great shinobi being able to defeat people at a chunin leave. Mezuki passed the academy student test with ease but his brother was forced to take the test again.

Genin Arc: Mezuki's brother began to despise him for taking his spot as the golden child and making his training even more difficult then it had to be. Mezuki tapping into another form of his doujutsu abilities he became much stronger everyday while his brother slowly progressed and hardly ever getting attention. Mezuki would be challenged by chunin and defeat them with ease gaining much intelligence along with being a very skilled strategist the mizukage decided that he did not need to take the chunin exams and instead decided that he shoul become a chunin right away and become his assistant.

Chunin Arc: At the rank of chunin he tapped into another form of his doujutsu techniques also picking up some an element from training with the mizukage while his brother became the golden child but he felt that it was not worth it since he was the only child to be trained now. Being fed up with living in his brothers shadow he left the village and became a missing ninja and since then no one has heard from him. Mezuki did not hear about his brother leaving until may days later because he had a very long training session with the mizukage and he did not allow mezuki to take breaks to see how far he could push him. By the time mezuki found out it was to late for him to stop his brother. He had no choice but to move on knowing he could handle it the mizukage gave him multiple missions that were a higher rank then chunin were supposed to obtain. He finished them at the same speed as a jounin would sometimes faster and after completing an A ranked mission with ease he decided it would be time for him to be promoted to jounin

Jounin Arc: After unlocking yet another stage of his doujutsu mezuki decided to take a break from training with the mizukage and decided to work more with his mother and father to learn how to use his doujutsu to its fullest. After months of mastering the doujutsu he returned to the mizukage being trained for days without rest being pushed to his full potential the mizukage trying to make him so that he could fight for a long period of time and not have to stop. Mezuki learned new jutsu and his power growing greatly being under such a rough training sceduale. After training with the mizukage for months he was killed by an unknown ninja but mezuki suspects it was his brother getting revenge on him for having everyone look down on him. In the mizukages will it placed mezuki in the position of mizukage to protect the village the mizukage knew he would be able to do it and placed the request in his will even before he made chunin.

Kaze Arc: Mezuki's doujutsu improved to its fullest potential making hte strongest hes ever been picking up another element being able to train at first almost all the time. But then as he found out he had to do paper work and other things he began to think that the mizukage position would be to much for him. He began to get used to to the paperwork and responsibilities of being a mizukage while still being able to work in training time making sure that he would be able to retire a strong and admirable mizukage of the mist village.

Curse Mark

Name: The Clown
Effect: This curse mark gives mezuki a increadible handsign speed being able to preform up to ten jutsu in a mere second also greatly increasing his speed to almost match rock lee without his weights also giving him the strength of a taijutsu master. This mark changing his appearance and personality to that of a clown also making him sound much different then normal (he sounds like the joker). In this form and this form only mezuki is able to preform s ranked jutsu and lower.
Appearance: When this curse mark is activated mezuki body completely changed. His suit becomes a suit all black with a large red cross on it his eyes changing one red one black the large hair one half turning black the other half turning red his fingers turning much longer and sharper then they normally were. His skin also turns black and red all the sides being colored the opposite of the other. His left arm also becomes covered in fur that looks just like his hair but is red to contrast the black hair it is connected to on the left side. (ex. his skin on the right side is red his eye is black and his hair is red.)

Weapons

Name: Great Dragon Fan
Rank: S
History: A weapon that his father built for his son and kept hidden as a suprise for later years. The fan is crafted from the strongest paper that won't rip even in the toughest wind. The fan also has a metal fame instead of a normal wooden frame of a fan his father having to find the materials for this fan for years before actually being able to build the fan. Mezuki was given the fan at the rank of chunin and trained with it using the wind element to make the swings with his fan even more powerful then a normal fan user. The fan is large then mezuki when it is closed at first he had a hard time and struggled when trying to use it but when training with the mizukage he taught him a jutsu that strengthened his arms that he used at first until he finally got used to the weight of the sword. After being able to wield it with ease he still using it along with the water strengthening jutsu to make the winds from his fan much more difficult to avoid.
Effects: This fan increases his wind based damage and when used along with his elemental manipulation eye and the strengthening arm he can preform wind based jutsu that are B ranked and lower without hand signs. His normal swings being the strength of a c ranked wind jutsu.
