Rinnegan is the blood inheritance limit of Rikudou Sennin (Six Realms Sage) and his descendants. Rikudou Sennin was viewed as the original shinobi and his Doujutsu was regarded as the most venerable of the three great Doujutsu. As the original shinobi it was said he created modern Ninjutsu. The Rinnegan was regarded as a god of creation when the world was racked with chaos and as a weapon of destruction which could return everything to nothingness. Usage of the Rinnegan was said to give the user mastery over all six forms of chakra nature manipulation.

The true extent of the Rinnegan abilities are currently unknown. Rain orphan Nagato was an inheritor of the Doujutsu, and used it unconsciously when he was angry and afraid. He entered into a berserk state which allowed him to defeat a much stronger foe. It may be this same ability which allowed him to never lose a battle as "Pain," the leader of the Rain Village rebel faction and Akatsuki. Nagato in the guise of "Pain" also has the ability to control six different bodies, each of which acts as a "Realm". Nagato's ability to utilize these bodies probably gives rise to the "Transmigration" name. This is a cycle of reincarnation and rebirth seen in Hinduism and Buddhism. There are six states of rebirth in the cosmology, representing all the good and bad possibilities of life. Each of Rikudou Pain bodies acts as one of these states.

The Realms are former corpses controlled by chakra receiving piercings placed into their bodies. Upon being taken over by Nagato and joining the Pain persona, the corpse will regain "life" and bear the Rinnegan. Each Realm has one area of mastery and utilizes that as their primary jutsu. It is unknown if this is a limitation of their original body, or a side effect of the method of control. It is also unclear if this body ability is unique to the Rinnegan or simply Nagato alone.

Tendou, the Deva Realm is the body Pain uses the most. It once belonged to Nagato's friend Yahiko. This body has the ability to utilize Shinra Tensei, a jutsu capable of gravity manipulation. Nagato is able to donate some of his own life force to utilize a large scale version of this technique, which is capable of causing massive destruction. Chikushoudou, or the Animal Realm, is able to summon creatures and other individuals. After Nagato's original Animal body was killed by Jiraiya, Nagato reanimated a female corpse to become the new Animal Realm. Next is Ningendou, the Human Realm, a body which focuses more on Taijutsu. This Realm can also read the minds and remove the soul of enemies is grips. Jigokudou, the Hell Realm, is capable of utilizing a spectral hell figure capable of judging whether one if telling the truth or not. This figure can also remove the soul of the one it judges. Shuradou, or the Asura Realm, utilizes a ninja who heavily modified his body with technology. Asura is capable of unleashing missiles and laser-like blasts. Finally is Gakidou, the Hungry Ghost Realm, who uses sealing techniques to neutralize most any incoming attack, both natural and elemental.

To use these various Realms, Nagato himself will transmit his chakra from a distance away. From this controller position, he can utilize the sensory information of each body, as each Rinnegan host will share the same vision. Meaning what one Realm views, all his other bodies also view, even if their vision is damaged. By increasing the number of Rinnegan host bodies on the battlefield, Nagato will thus increase the number of viewing angles and eliminate any potential blind spots. The Rinnegan also has the ability to see invisible barriers, allowing Pain to avoid walking into traps or tripping alarms.

Tendou [Deva Realm]: This body is the adult form of Jiraiya's former student Yahiko. Nagato claimed Yahiko died years earlier, so it is unclear how/why Pain utilizes this form. The body appears to retain Yahiko's use of Suiton jutsu. This body was also used to summon the King of Hell statue and use the Shouten jutsu.

Chikushoudou [Animal Realm]: This body was once a ninja from the Fuuma Clan. Jiraiya met this ninja earlier in his worldy adventures and put a scar on his forehead. It has the ability to summon multiple large animals. Like Pain, these creatures have Rinnegan eyes and multiple piercings.

Ningendou [Human Realm]: This body was once a ninja from Hidden Waterfall. It seems to specialize in close range Taijutsu attacks. It also possesses the ability to remove the souls of weaker opponents.

Jigokudou [Hell Realm]: This body has the ability to resurrect the dead by calling forth a spectral Enma head. This Enma can ingest the deceased and return them to life, free of injury.

Shuradou [Asura Realm]: This strange looking body has modified its body to wield technological weaponry. It can fire missiles and laser-like blasts.

Gakidou [Hungry Ghost Realm]: This body was once a ninja from Hidden Grass. It has the ability to seal away chakra and element based attacks.

Chikushoudou [Animal Realm]: This body came into use after the Fuuma Clan body was killed by Jiraiya and taken away to Konoha. The body appears to be a female. This would be the only female among the group and she has the ability to summon.

Description:This technique will allow a person to sacrifice their body so it can take on the almost real form of another. This technique is like Edo Tensei, but it allows for a live ninja to inhabit the body of another. Also unlike Henge which is just an appearance transformation for a ninja, this technique will allow the sacrifice to play the host for a virtual copy of another ninja.

The other ninja will totally control the sacrifice and donate a portion of their own chakra to the sacrifice to provide it chakra. While the ninja acts in the sacrifice body, it can perform most all techniques it normally does except for bloodline techniques. This is because the techniques are limited to however much chakra the ninja has donated. Once the chakra runs out and the sacrifical body dies, the shape change will end and the lifeless body of the sacrifice will be revealed.

Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.

The clones themself can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clones finally disperse, any new knowledge they have gained is passed back to the original ninja and to any additional clones. This makes Tajuu Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. With the great number of clones in Tajuu Kage Bunshin, the ninja can effectively learn in a few weeks with a hundred clones what would take one ninja numerous years.

Shinra Tensei is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Deva Realm Pain. This ability allows Pain to manipulate external objects through an invisible force that emanates from the center of his body. This force allows Deva to repel objects or elemental ninjutsu and deflect any attacks that are launched against him. The force requires a short interval to recharge.

Deva Pain is also able to utilize a large-scale version of the technique, in exchange for a portion of the life force of his original body, that of Nagato. Nagato will drop control of all other bodies except for Deva. Deva will launch himself above his target area and hover using the gravity manipulation ability of the jutsu. Upon activation, the large-scale version is capable of obliterating large villages.

Pain has only used this technique on the bodies of other deceased Pain Realms. It is unclear if it will work on a non-Pain controlled individual.

Upon grabbing the throats of his targets, their "tongues" will extend from their mouths. The Enma will open its mouth and extend hands that will grasp the victim's souls. Hell Realm will then ask questions of his victims, should they lie, Enma will judge them accordingly by removing their soul and ingesting it. As a result the victim will die.

Chibaku Tensei is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Deva Realm Pain. Utilizing a form of his attract and repulsion force, Deva will create a compressed dark sphere which can draw in surrounding matter as a massive source of gravity. By launching the sphere into the air, it will begin to draw in the surrounding area, including both rock and natural matter. This allows Deva to imprison a powerful opponent. Due to the high chakra requirements to perform the jutsu, Nagato may need to have Deva within a close range to maintain it.

A powerful enough force, such as a Kyuubified eight-tailed Naruto, can act against the attack and free itself from the rubble prison. When Nagato's ability to maintain the jutsu ends, the gravity force will stop and the rubble will fall back to the earth below. Nagato also revealed that though his version of the attack was impressive, it paled in comparison to the version Rikudou Sennin allegedly used to create the moon itself.

Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. To further their goals, they seek to capture all the "jinchuuriki," literally "the power of human sacrifice" a.k.a. demon possessors such as Uzumaki Naruto and Gaara. Akatsuki seeks to use the bijuu (tailed demon beasts) for their unique abilites. Once they capture one of the jinchuuriki, they will bring them to a hidden location. All nine members need not be physically present, they can use their astral projection technique to transport a spectral form of themselves into the cave.

The members will first summon the huge "king of hell" statue. This statue has its mouth bound and eyes covered. Once they begin the technique, the mouth binding will fall away and nine spectral dragons will emerge from its mouth to strike the jinchuuriki. This will then begin the extraction process. With the absence of Orochimaru, the process will take three straight day and nights. During this period the members will release the same exact amount of power as that of the bijuu, this synchronization will thus allow its removal. As the extraction continues, the statues eyes will open to reveal the current status of previous jinchuriki captures, with irises appearing in the eyes to apparently represent a capture.

Gofuu Kekkai is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki. The five "kin" (prohibition) seals act together to form a barrier to the entrance of their cave. The cave door itself is marked with one tag, and four other tags are located within a few hundred meters of each other. To remove the barrier, all five tags must be removed at the same moment.

Knowing that the barrier has this weakness, Akatsuki added a further protection, in Kyoumen Shuuja no Jutsu. When the four surrounding tags are removed, a doppelganger of the person who removed it will emerge from the ground and battle them. The doppelganger can utilize all the same moves as the original, even bloodline techniques.

Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, Kurenai will appear from the tree itself and stab her target with a kunai.

Gogyou Fuuin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used by the Sannin Orochimaru. Orochimaru forms an elemental seal on each of his fingers, one for each of the following five "elements": water, metal, earth, fire and wood. He used this odd numbered seal to disrupt the affects of the even numbered Shishou Fuuin placed on Naruto's stomach by the Fourth Hokage. The Gogyou Fuuin would disrupt the Shishou Fuuin's ability to let the Kyuubi's chakra blend into Naruto's chakra.

Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

Doton Kekkai • Dorou Doumu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with his hands, Jiroubou is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around his opponents. Placing his hands against the dome he is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his own body. At the same time Jiroubou will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him to repair any damage his opponents manage to inflict on the inside. The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from Jiroubou, it becomes more and more weak. Allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force.

Kuchiyose • Edo Tensei is a Ninjutsu technique which had been forbidden because of its dark nature. The technique involves the summoning of dead souls from the afterlife back into the real world. Normally Kuchiyose (summoning) involves the use of the caster's blood as compensation for summoning, Edo Tensei is different though. The ninja will first sacrifice a living person to provide the vessel that the dead soul will inhabit. The dead body will then be incased in ash and dirt to resemble the soul of the person that was resurrected. When the ninja wishes to recall the souls, a portal will open in the ground and the caskets holding the bodies will appear. When the caskets open the bodies will be grey and in a state of minor decay. At this point the dead souls are able to remember their past life, but they are at the command of the one who summoned them. One final act will fully wipe out their conscious and make them under the command of the one who summoned them. The ninja will place a fuda (charm/tag) of some form into the head of the body. Kuchiyose • Gedou Mazou is a Ninjutsu technique which summons a large soul stealing statue. After Nagato summons the entity, the statue will extend black chakra rods from its body into Nagato's back. This process will weaken Nagato's body but allow him to utilize the statue's spectral dragons. The statue will open its mouth and emit the form of a dragon which will remove the soul from the body of anyone is passes through. When the statue is no longer needed and disperses, it breaks the chakra rods connecting itself to Nagato, leaving them pierced in his back.

The statue bears a resemblance to the bound "King of Hell" statue Akatsuki uses to seal away the Bijuu. It is unknown if this is the same statue.

Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.

The clones themself can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clones finally disperse, any new knowledge they have gained is passed back to the original ninja and to any additional clones. This makes Tajuu Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. With the great number of clones in Tajuu Kage Bunshin, the ninja can effectively learn in a few weeks with a hundred clones what would take one ninja numerous years.

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Death Palm Jutsu allows the user the abillity to absorbe the chakra and life force of the opponent on contact. The user focuses the chakra for a chakra absorbtion jutsu and then "tweicks" the jutsu to be stronger. This changes he chakra a black color but not as strong as black chakra. The jutsu also works on any living thing. Absorbing the life force also allows small regenerative powers. So any minor injurys are healed. The down side to this Justu is that is has a 2 minute working time and a 10 minute rest time. Also the user cannot use the jutsu more than twice in one day. Any more use can result in injury to ones self or possably death.

Gate of Opening (開門, Kaimon) located in the brain. Releases the instinct restraints on the bodies muscle. Unlocking the gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus.

Gate of Healing (休門, Kyūmon, English TV: "Gate of Rest") located in the brain, raises the user's stamina.

Gate of Life (生門, Seimon) located on the spinal cord. Releases the limit on the nervous system allowing information to travel at a much faster rate. A side effect is that the user's skin turns red. Allows the user to use the Reverse Lotus and Crystal Release: Arrow of Light.

Gate of Pain (傷門, Shōmon), located on the spinal cord. Increases the user's speed and power. May cause muscles tissue to tear on use.

Gate of Limit (杜門, Tomon, English TV: "Gate of Closing"), per above.

Gate of View (景門, Keimon, English TV: "Gate of Joy"), per above. Allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. Opening of this gate releases such large amounts of chakra that it can cause nearby water bodies to form a vortex around the user.

History/Background Story:

Academy Arc: I graduated at four years old. I didn't like being there so I just wanted to pass and did. It was a time in my life that I could say I was happy.

Genin Arc: After Passing the Academy, I traveled to the other nations to learn. I traveled to the mist village to learn water jutsus, the earth to train, and the sound to learn. I spent alot of time in study of jutsus and it payed off. I was intered into the Chunin Exams.

Chunin Exams Arc: The writen exam was nothing. It was the abillity to see the answers that made it easy, aswell as the abillity to see the nerve clench in the hosts body to see that he was lieing. Then in the second test I had my first kill on another ninja. I felt nothing but sorrow. Then finally in the last phase of the exam I got to train with Jiraiya. I got to learn summoning, aswell as other jutsus. I was grantted Chunin status.

Chunin Arc: As a Chunin I was allowed Medical Ninja status. I developed a jutsu called death palm. I used this jutsu once. Once. That one time against a theif made it forbiddin by the hokage. It killed him instantly because he's weak.

Jounin Arc: I was bored be accepted into the Jounin. This only helped in my chance to learn jutsus. After a transportaion mission went wrong I just wanted to kill somebody. but I didn't. But being bad was so much fun, this brought me joy.The third hogake favord my powers and gave me an interesting opprotunity to learn some of his jutsus. My friend Kitaro and I would go on missions together as a team.

Anbu Arc: I was the best Black ops agent. Until the day I died. We were on a mission cause a metior fell from the sky glowwing black. we checked it out when it happend. the astroid exploded and killed everyone. The next day I woke up feeling frittle and weak but later in the day I was feeling alright. I returned to the village and every one fled. Then I saw all the ninja coming after me. Thats when I saw my reflection. I was a monster. So I acted like one and killed some one in my way of leaving. I never returned. This power increased my strength, speed, stamina, toughness, and chakra out put.

Rogue Ninja Arc: I lived on my own for a while. not alot of people like a freak. it enraged me. After a while a man named Pain met up with me. I was thrilled. He decided that I was worthy of being in the Akatsuki. He took me under his wing and trained me. He thought I was worthy of his gift and gave it to me.

Pre Akatsuki Arc: Pain seemed to take a liking to me. They gave me so much powerful feelings that it was like it was another thing lived inside me. This "Thing" just wanted to be domanant. But I just remembered that I was better. Members in the Akatsuki also taught me jutsus to help me in my journy I was respected in the Akatsuki as a killer. This allowed me to perfect my Death Palm Jutsu. After Pains disaperance, I vowed to live on his legacy by becoming Pain. to live in his steps. I met a man named Riuku. I told him I was Pain. We became friends and have been friends sence. Also my friendship with Kitaro stayed the same. We stayed in contact still to this day. I was made Akatsuki Leader.

Akatsuki Leader Ark: As the leader I vowed to live under Pain. With all his moves aswell as more. Others feared me and I became one with my "Armor" if you will. And could use it as if it were my own body.

Uraburos was getting ready for the mission on the astroid. Stocking up on kunia and scrolls. Ura left with his team and got there quikly. The stone was glowing green. His team mate felt the ground and had no movement so no one was there.

The rock was set up and examend by Uraburos and his team. Ura went out and contacted base. Ura let them know wat is happening. That's when he saw a member doing a seal to transport the rock. A big misstake. This is what triggered the explosion. This killed everyone.

Uraburos woke up and was hurting. Ura stood up and started to walk to his village. The animals in the jungle stayed away from Ura. He didn't know why. When he reached the village people ran from him. Ura saw himself in a pool of water. looking like a monster.

The ninja of the Leaf came after Uraburos wanting to kill. He had to run away. A ninja tried to stop him and he knocked him out of the way. The ninja ran into a wall and bones cracked loudly. Ura realized he was probably dead. Ura had to leave his village and start a new life.
